I’m sorry Dave for not answering your previous post.

Regarding the processor diagnostic tool, we assume the processor is not defective when it passed the test without errors. In your case it did not pass it, therefore I recommend you contacting our customer support department for additional information on replacing your product if it is still under warranty.
