F9 doesn't solve the issue. Flashing recovery or via F7 doesn't solve the issue (I tried both). Moreover, everytime I try to "upgrade" from v0026 to v0026, there is a message in VisualBios stating that the flash failed, even when I saw a confirmation message after the flashing saying that it finished successfully.

Joe, I don't wan't to get my unit replaced with another faulty unit; this problem just happened to me twice in 2 1/2 monhts. I just want to know:

- How to solve the power button issue

- How to reset NVRAM/CMOS memory in the D34010WYKH without removing the battery.
