transmitting data from sketch to node.js on Galileo board

I am trying to using serial port to connect arduino sketch and node.js on Galileo board.
(to transmit data from sketch to node.js)

When I ran server.js, the following error appeared.

And, is there another way to connect arduino sketch and node.js?
