Looked at some NTP examples for the Galileo board and decided to modify the updntpclient example sketch into something that also updates the system date. This one works fine and runs most of the time directly unlike the webserver, The app is included, probably the timezone handling could be done more efficient, but this works for me. Just fire it up and if there is an internet connection to a specified timeserver it will adjust the galileo date and time to within the second.
