Hi tl661923, I suppose the integrity test you ran was part of the Intel® SSD Toolbox.
Since the information regarding Blue Screen of Death error is not conclusive, I wonder if you have the chance to test the Intel® SSD as a secondary SATA drive, just in order to eliminate the possibility of an operating system or other software corruption issue.
Please let me know if you can run the Intel® SSD Toolbox from a different boot drive or computer.
